CHARACTERISTICS
The Villa di Montruglio Tai Bianco has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
VINIFICATION PROCESS
Following immediate separation of the must from the skins and from the other parts of the stalks, soft pressing occurs using horizontal pneumatic presses. The clean must obtained in this manner is allowed to ferment with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 17°C. After the alcoholic fermentation phase, the wine is transferred to the tanks for maturing.
WINE-TASTING ASSESSMENT
This wine has a soft, harmonious flavour with a slight bitter aftertaste typical of the variety. A very good choice with light fish or white-meat dishes.
